Paper Presentation Instruction

  1. For Long Paper presentation, 15 minutes will be allocated for presentation (including Q&A). Please keep the presentation within the time limit set.
  2. For Short Paper presentation, 10 minutes will be allocated for presentation (including Q&A). Please keep the presentation within the time limit set.
  3. Please strictly follow the assigned schedule for paper presentation. Please check in with your Session Chair before the session in which your presentation begins.
  4. Standard computer with Windows XP and MS‐Office will be set up and connected to a projector in each session room. You can copy your presentation file (MS‐PowerPoint or PDF) to this computer. You can also bring your own computer for presentation.
  5. Please set up and test your presentation in the designated room prior to your session.
  6. Please note that electricity in Hong Kong is 220V / 50Hz, UK plug. You are advised to bring power converters or adapters for your own laptop and other electronic equipment if necessary.
Poster Presentation Instruction

  1. The content should be concise, with data, charts, and text appropriately sized for readability. Text should be no smaller than 1 cm.
  2. The poster board size is 120 cm in height and 180 cm in width. Each poster should be a single sheet in B1 size (100 cm high, 70.7 cm wide) or 40-inch poster size
    (105 cm high, 70 cm wide).
  3. Include the title of your paper, your name, and your affiliated institution or organisation on the poster.
  4. Bring your poster to the conference venue and display it on the designated board between 20 and 21 August 2025.
  5. Pins for mounting will be provided at the venue.
  6. Please note that power outlets and internet connections will not be available at the poster presentation area
